M&A readiness

What you know, ready to change hands.

In a sale, a merger or a succession, most of what makes the company run lives in documents, exchanges and people's heads. I gather this scattered data into a queryable memory (RAG), an assistant that answers with its sources, and I extract the useful entities, clients, contracts, contacts, deadlines, to feed your client base (CRM). This data is sensitive: it is classified, hosted under your rules, and nothing is exposed without your consent. The result is not a mere report but a working system, and I have no stake in the transaction: my role is to structure, not to sell.

the outcome

The system, and its dossier

The deliverable is not just a report. You have a queryable memory (RAG) and a structured client base (CRM), both running. This dossier documents the system: what it covers, its access and confidentiality rules, what remains to be done. It is handed over in a personal meeting.
